Private Detective in Wolverhampton had a called from a concerned Landlord. He had reason to believe that the property he let to a small family is being illegally sub-let by the family for their own gain. The property is not too far from our client’s own home and he had not seen the family or vehicles around for a while.

We had a long discusion with our client and it was decided that the best course of action was to try and find out who was living there. We would provide a one operative to covertly watch the property and take photographic evidence of any movements. An ideal time would be first thing in the morning to see who left for work or school and possibly in the evening to see who came and went. We would also instigate door to door enquiries to ascertain who was living there.

Surveillance reports together with photographic evidence showed four adults coming and going from said property which was a two bedroom flat clearly none of which were the legal tenant. Our client was able to confront his tenant and evict them with threat of police action.
