A client came to us after receiving a strange phone call to her land line at home. Several years before the client had become estranged from her brother who was an abusive alcoholic and drug user and had not heard from him since. After receiver the anonymous phone call the client could not help but think that it was her brother trying to contact her for some reason or another. After several weeks had passed the client was concerned that her brother was in trouble and so contacted us at Investigator Agency Wolverhampton to find out where he was.

The investigation began with a consultation with the client to collaborate the details she had on the individual and though these were mainly limited to the past they provided a solid foundation for the case. Using the information we were able to explore the target’s past with a series of background checks which brought to light some concerning details. However an operative was soon able to find the current and correct contact details for the individual and so presented them to the client.

Once the client had her brother’s new address and telephone number she tried to contact him using the details but had some unfortunate news. The client was told that her estranged sibling had been taken ill and was in a local hospital where she would be able to visit him. Despite her brother’s serious condition the client was able to reach him before he passed away and to resolve the conflict that had separated them and give her forgiveness.
