A man called Detective Agency Wolverhampton as he had woken to discover on several occasions that his valuable and prized Coy Carp were disappearing from his large collection he kept in his pond. He had reported the theft to the police who were baffled and unable to solve the crime. The man was becoming desperate as he truly treasured his collection of fish and wanted the perpetrator stopped.

We advised the distressed man that the best course of action would be to quickly install covert cameras onto his property to try to catch the thieves before many more were stolen. The cameras were installed that day by our experienced agent to enable our client to immediately begin to monitor his large pond.

Nothing was recorded that night but in the early hours of the morning just has it was getting light the mystery was solved. Our cameras showed footage of a large heron descending down to the water’s edge and promptly stealing a fish for it’s breakfast. Our client was quickly able to take action to protect his pond from predators.
